League Policies & Procedures
The City of Westminster follows the official USA/ASA rulebook. Our House Rules are additional league rules to adhere to and can be found below or in the downloads portion of the site. Captains are responsible for upholding themselves and their team to all league policies including the Code of Conduct.
Weather Related Cancellations: Field closures and game cancellations will be sent via Team Sideline's text and email features. Captains are automatically enrolled; however, we highly encourage all participants to sign up for the days they play under the communications tab.
Field closure and cancellations are typically communicated between 4:00-4:30pm the day of games. However, sometimes cancellations are made during league and will be sent out as soon as a decision is made on playability.
Forfeits: If you team needs to forfeit a game for any reason, please call us directly at the Westminster Sports Center at 303-658-2393 as soon as possible.
- Forfeits are not subject to a fine if received before 4:00 pm the day of your game.
- Forfeits after 4:00 pm (day of), or No Call, No Shows will be tracked, and the team captain will be responsible for paying any reinstatement fee prior to the team's next game.
- Teams may also utilize the forfeit notice feature to submit a forfeit instead of calling.
