Frequently Asked Questions
Find quick answers to common questions about parks, programs, events, and community services.
How do I know what level to register for?
It can be hard to know what level to sign up for. We have recommendations on most of our individual sports pages, or in our downloads tab.
Our best advice for selecting your level is to come out to play/watch and see the different levels in action. This is the best way to know for sure.
Feel free to contact us for more help with selecting a level!
How do I register for programs or leagues?
Click here for RegistrationFor most sports you can register online, over the phone, or in person. Use the button below to go to our online registration page.
For soccer, registration can only be done in person or over the phone.
To register or ask questions about any of our leagues, call 303-658-2393.
What happens to events in bad weather?
Bad weather may force us to cancel outdoor programs, or even indoor programs if driving conditions are deemed unsafe.
Because weather in Colorado changes so quickly, we sometimes have to cancel matches close to game time. We know this is inconvenient, but we will communicate cancellations via email or phone as quickly as we can.
Please note, our parks and fields crews will sometimes tell us that we are not allowed to play based on field conditions and recent weather, even when the sun is out. This is just to ensure our field stay safe and healthy for as long as possible.
